    Nik Green, MS, is a seasoned senior executive with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including retail, health-tech, consumer tech, and agriculture. Currently serving as the Vice President of IT Data Analytics at CNH Industrial, Nik leads a dynamic team focused on advancing data analytics capabilities.

    Previously, Nik was the Executive Vice President and Chief Data Officer at Mercury Healthcare, where he managed AI model development, data governance, and commercial analytics for over 160 hospital systems. 

    Nik's career highlights include pivotal roles at Amazon, Delhaize America, Ascena Retail Group, and Johnson & Johnson. At Amazon, he developed and scaled data science teams to support the company's massive customer-facing network. At Delhaize America, he transformed the data management infrastructure, significantly reducing costs while enhancing analytical capabilities.

    Nik holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame. His contributions to the field have been recognized through numerous speaking engagements at prestigious events, such as the MDM and Data Governance Summit, IBM Insight, and the Evanta Boston Chief Data Officer Executive Summit.

    In his current role and throughout his career, Nik Green has demonstrated a unique ability to lead and innovate in data management and technology.

  • Michael Jacobs

    Michael Jacobs is the Sustainability and Social Innovation Leader for IBM Corporate Social Responsibility. He is responsible for planning and managing technology-driven social impact efforts spanning IBM business units. Previously, he served as the Superintendent for Capital Projects at MTA New York City Transit and as a Booz Allen Hamilton consultant – both roles in which he focused on technology systems development and deployment for the public sector. Michael holds a dual Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University. 

    Michael lives in New York’s Hudson Valley with his wife Abby and kids Tom and Sally. Their shared love for the outdoors and active pursuits in it drive Michael’s passion for protecting the natural world.

Bruce Miller

  • Bruce Miller

    Bruce Miller serves as Senior Director, Legislative Strategy. In this role, Miller helps drive BSA's engagement with Congress on software policy issues affecting our member companies.

    Prior to joining BSA, Miller was Director of Federal Legislative Affairs at Kyndryl and was part of the team to launch the company's Washington, DC, Government Affairs office. Before that, Miller spent nearly two decades working in the United States House of Representatives in various capacities including as a Senior Legislative Assistant for Rep. Tim Walberg of Michigan, a Professional Staff Member for the Republican Study Committee under the Chairmanship of Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio, and Chief of Staff for Congressman Mark Amodei of Nevada.

    Miller is a native of the Boston area and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado-Boulder. He currently sits as a co-President of the University of Colorado DC Buffs Alumni Board and lives with his wife, daughters, and dog in the Capitol Hill area of Washington, DC.

Meredith Williams

    Meredith Williams has served as the Assistant Vice President for Executive Branch Outreach at AT&T since 2018, where she leads the matrixed team responsible for AT&T’s strategy and policy engagement with the U.S. Executive Branch.  Meredith also represents AT&T with several federal agencies, including the Departments of Education, Labor, and Agriculture, and serves as a subject matter expert for AT&T’s Broadband Access and Adoption team.  Prior to joining AT&T, Meredith served as a Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Homeland Security and as a Special Advisor in the Office of the Secretary of State.  Before serving in the government, Meredith worked for several private firms where she managed day-to-day business operations and advised clients across a range of industries. Meredith began her career in human resources at the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and later worked at the PBS Foundation and for an Indian non-governmental organization. Meredith is a graduate of Marymount University and Georgetown University Law Center.
